Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review them each time you visit the site.

2. Pricing and Currency
All sales are processed in British Pounds (£). Exchange rates for payments made with foreign cards are set by your credit card provider, not by Master Plastics.

3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to full prepayment prior to dispatch. No goods will be shipped or made available for collection until payment is received in full.

By submitting an order electronically or completing the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is only accepted when we send an email confirmation. Receipt of your order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until we confirm stock availability.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason or to request additional information to process your order.

4. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order promptly. Normal delivery times are within six working days, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Delayed Deliveries: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds for delayed deliveries are only offered if delivery exceeds 30 days.

  • Deliveries are via Royal Mail. Customers may contact Royal Mail or check online for updates on delays.

For out-of-stock items, we will notify you by email or phone. If delivery cannot occur within 21 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Please check all goods upon delivery. Once signed for, we cannot exchange damaged goods or replace missing parts unless reported immediately.

5. Product Information and Installation
Each cat flap or pet door is designed for a specific purpose. Please read all instructions before installation. Certain products may require professional fitting, especially when cutting into toughened glass or uPVC doors.

Lockable pet doors include security features but cannot guarantee exclusion of other animals. By ordering, you accept that Master Plastics and the manufacturer are not liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by unwanted visitors.

All sizes are approximate. Manufacturer terms and guarantees apply to specific products.

6. Returns, Faulty Goods, and Warranties

  • Faulty Goods (within 30 days): Contact us within 7 days of receipt if goods are faulty. We will arrange collection, inspection, and replacement at our cost. You may also claim reasonable associated costs.

  • After 30 Days: Any issues arising after 30 days of delivery that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Master Plastics will provide contact information for warranty claims.

  • Unwanted Goods: Orders may be canceled within 7 working days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in original condition, with packaging intact. Made-to-measure products are non-returnable.

  • Non-Delivery: If items are missing or not delivered, contact us within 7 days. We will resend items or refund costs (including reasonable price differences if replacement items must be purchased locally).

7. Complaints
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Contact our Customer Service team by email or phone (0117 971 99 22, Mon–Fri, 11:00–16:30).

Complaints will be responded to within 3 working days and handled fairly, confidentially, and effectively. Statutory rights are acknowledged.

8. Privacy and Emails
We will not share your email with third parties without consent. Unsolicited emails will only be sent if you opt in.

9. External Sites
We are not responsible for the content or management of external sites linked from this website. If you encounter misleading or harmful content, please notify us.

10. Liability
Master Plastics cannot accept liability for late delivery, installation errors, or damage caused by misuse of products.

Limitation of Liability

Master Plastics SW Ltd’s liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with the supply of goods, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the cost of the faulty goods supplied.

Under no circumstances shall Master Plastics SW Ltd be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of use, arising from or in connection with the goods supplied.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
